Capabilities we deliver
Every process below is delivered by us and quality-checked by us, whether produced on our own floor or with a long-standing specialist partner.
Sheet-fed offset
Five colour with inline coater and UV. CMYK plus a spot colour, or four colours with a coating unit.
Artwork and plates
Dieline layout, imposition, trapping and colour separation. Computer-to-plate output.
Guillotine cutting
Programmable cutting to registered marks, up to 45 inches wide.
Die-cutting and creasing
Platen die-cutting to 889 × 1143 mm, plus an automatic die-cutter at 660 × 483 mm. Sheets wider than 660 mm are guillotined first.
Lamination
Gloss, matte and soft-touch film lamination, in-house.
UV and spot UV coating
Full-sheet UV inline with the press, or spot UV applied to selected areas over a matte base.
Foil stamping
Metallic foil applied under heat and pressure, in gold, silver and coloured foils.
Embossing and debossing
Raised or recessed detail, on its own or registered over foil.
Quality control
Colour to brand guidelines
Colour matched at make-ready and checked through the run, so repeat orders match the first.
Registered cutting and folding
Die-cutting registered to print marks, so panels align and boxes form square.
Consistent through the run
Sheets pulled and checked at intervals, not only at the start.

Board, dimensions, finishing and packing confirmed against the order before despatch.
